We all have something we could drop or swap ! . Mainly, I swapped my favourite Friday night wine night with ensuring I had a holistic night planned with In, which I looked forward to all week. . Iv enjoyed my new Fridays so much , that I’m continuing it into February with a #reggaeyoga this Friday & I can’t wait 💃🏼🧘🏼‍♀️ .
