One-off consultations

Want to get support on a specific problem? Looking for tweaks and tips from an expert who can get you back on track with feeling great? Book in a one-off appointment with me where we can discuss your health concerns and find the best way to get you back to health. With the option of booking further follow ups if needed.

What’s included?

• A full in-depth health assessment to understand the root of your symptoms, including medical history, family history, lifestyle and stress (60-90 mins)

• Access to my private portal, where you can privately instant message me at any stage, access ‘zoom like’ camera, complete consultation forms & upload any documents for review such as blood tests.

• Personalised nutrition plan and lifestyle advice targeted towards your goals & health concerns
• Menu planning tools & Recipes
• Supplement recommendations (discounted rates)
• Testing recommendations (if applicable)

• Blood test analysis from a nutritional therapy perspective ( especially helpful if you were told your bloods are ‘fine’ but you still don’t feel fine!

• Food diary review. You will record your food & mood for 5 days prior, which i will review in full. Also, the option to keep logging for 7 days after our session, so i can continue to guide you. If you’re booked in for a follow up or with a package , i will review for the full time in between sessions.
• Health / Weight Loss / Nutrition / Lifestyle information specicifc to your needs e-books & reading

After our session, I will send you a complete protocol of recommendations with easy next steps and all the information you need to make healthier changes.
